Return

You have the right to return the product(s) that you have purchased from our website in fifteen (15) days after delivery and get your money back, without any damage to the product, its package, and without using it. If the product is used or damaged unfortunately the return is not possible.

Please be informed that in the process of return the shipping cost is covered by the customer. You can send the product back to any cargo firm you have chosen.

Before you return your purchase order within the defined time, you should send an e-mail that contains invoice number and order number. You have to explain the reason why you want to return or exchange the product. After receiving the e-mail, our company personnel will inform you about how and where you can return or exchange the product. In the process of return and exchange, you should send the form you filled and signed. Click here to reach the form.

Please carefully note: If you think that there is damage to your package which arises from the courier company, check the package while the courier officer is with you and make the courier officer report. Please do not receive the damaged package. When you receive your package without checking, you are deemed to have accepted that the courier officer discharged his/her task completely and you can not make a claim in this order any more.

Exchange

You have the right to change the product(s) that you have purchased from our website in thirty (30) days after delivery without any damage to the product, its package, and without using it. If the product is used or damaged unfortunately the exchange is not possible. You can make an exchange with another product of the same price or with another size of the same product.

Please be informed that in the process of exchange the total shipping cost is covered by the customer. You can send the product back to any cargo firm you have chosen and we will let you know the cost of shipping to your country.
